We form real relationships with our clients. We remain a resource for our new friends even after their home buying or selling experience is over. In November we invite our friends to a Pie Party for socializing and a gift of a delicious pie to take home. In May and December, we provide meals for police officers and deputy sheriffs in appreciation of their service. The Oakley Group’s United Guardian's Program provides reduced settlement fees and other benefits (with certain limitations) to first responders, teachers, military, doctors, nurses and social workers. The Oakley Group also sponsors events for the Alexandria Bar Association and at the Northern Virginia Sex Crimes Investigators Conference.

We are proud and active supporters of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. This includes serving on their board, volunteering, providing outreach and speaking at events. Team Oakley participates in national fundraising events including the Great Strides Walk in May and the Cycle for Life in September. At the local level we have an Oktoberfest fundraiser with food, drink, a silent and live auction for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
